Mechanical Assembly Technician

1. Mechanical Assembly
Perform the complete mechanical assembly of laser cutting machines according to engineering drawings and technical requirements. This includes the precision assembly of machine beds, gantries, crossbeams, rack-and-pinion systems, ball screws, linear guides, and other transmission components.
Assemble supporting equipment such as automatic loading and unloading systems, material storage systems, and shuttle tables.

2. Quality Assurance

Ensure that all assembled equipment meets the company’s specified quality standards and technical requirements.

3. Workshop and Equipment Management

Follow company management procedures, properly maintain machinery and tools, and keep the workshop clean and organized to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

4. Other Duties

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Under 45 years old.
Able to read and understand mechanical machining and assembly drawings.
Proficient in basic fitting and mechanical assembly skills.
Familiar with common manufacturing processes and production procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working for a well-established laser cutting machine manufacturer.
Experience in assembling and commissioning 3D five-axis laser cutting machines or high-power laser equipment rated at 10 kW or above.
An intermediate- or advanced-level fitter vocational qualification certificate.
