Comprehensive Laser Processing Solution
The HS-RW is an advanced robotic laser welding workstation engineered for high-precision manufacturing. Combining the dynamic Yaskawa AR1440 arm, a 2kW MAX laser, and an intelligent swing head, it delivers flawless execution even on irregular welds. Complete with an interlocking safety system, it ensures absolute protection and maximum production throughput.
Smaller size, low requirements for workplace. The handheld welding gun is equipped with 10m optical fiber, making welding range wider and dealing with various complex welds.
This collaborative laser welding robot integrates 6-axis motion, laser welding, wire feeding, water cooling, and controls in one mobile workstation, with a 618–1300 mm working radius and 3–10 kg payload.
This versatile system integrates Welding, Cleaning, Seam Cleaning, and Cutting in one unit. Powered by a premium Raycus fiber laser, it features our exclusive Intelligent Air Pressure Alarm to prevent lens damage. The compact design and 10m fiber cable ensure maximum flexibility for all metalworking tasks.
The HC Series is a mobile fiber laser cleaning machine designed around a handheld operating format. Its wheeled cabinet supports movement between suitable workshop areas, while the external cleaning head provides direct access to workpieces requiring rust removal, paint removal, oxide cleaning, or surface preparation.
The current product range includes 1.5kW, 2kW, and 3kW fiber laser configurations. The RW robotic solution is currently published with a 2000W MAX laser source.
