Exclusive Safety Function: The system automatically alerts when gas pressure is too low. This critical feature prevents burning out the laser head lens and the QBH connector, significantly extending the machine’s lifespan and reliability.
Lightweight Control: The handheld head is designed with body engineering for a comfortable grip and easy one-handed operation. Compact Cabinet: The machine features a smaller footprint with a high-quality sheet metal cover, saving space while ensuring durability.
The intelligent touch-screen system supports mobile-terminal APP and PC monitoring, providing real-time feedback on the machine’s operating status. This allows operators to check working conditions more conveniently and respond promptly to system information.
After laser focusing, the beam provides high power density with a small focal spot. The welding process produces minimal spatter, helping create cleaner welds and reducing the need for basic post-weld grinding.
