The Yaskawa AR1440 robot provides six-axis movement and a 1440 mm reach, allowing the welding head to approach workpieces from different directions and follow programmed paths across complex angles.
Motor-driven X/Y vibrating lenses support multiple swing patterns, enabling the welding path to adapt to irregular seams and different joint conditions within the confirmed process range.
The single-axis positioner rotates the workpiece to suitable welding angles and works with the robot motion program to improve access to different seam locations.
