The HC Series portable fiber laser cleaning machine combines a handheld cleaning head with a wheeled cabinet structure for industrial surface-cleaning tasks. It can be configured for the non-contact removal of rust, paint, oxide layers, and other suitable surface contaminants according to the customer’s application and process requirements.

This HC is equipped with an intelligent control system, which effectively removes dirt without damaging the substrate; it has multiple built-in process parameters to adapt to the cleaning of various metal workpieces, and comes with temperature control and safety protection, enabling continuous and stable operation. It is widely used for environmentally friendly rust and paint removal of steel profiles, steel structures, and molds.
Equipped with laser enable switch, red aiming pointer and safety interlock. The red preview beam helps accurate positioning. Laser enable controls laser triggering. Combined with safety lock emergency stop interlock, it prevents accidental laser emission and guarantees operator safety.
Lightweight Control: The handheld head is designed with body engineering for a comfortable grip and easy one-handed operation. Compact Cabinet: The machine features a smaller footprint with a high-quality sheet metal cover, saving space while ensuring durability.
The intelligent touch-screen system supports mobile-terminal APP and PC monitoring, providing real-time feedback on the machine’s operating status. This allows operators to check working conditions more conveniently and respond promptly to system information.
The wheeled cabinet can be repositioned between suitable working areas, supporting workshops that need to carry out cleaning tasks at different stations.
The handheld cleaning head allows the operator to direct the cleaning process across accessible workpiece surfaces according to the approved operating procedure.
