The vacuum suction cups form the direct contact points between the loading system and the sheet surface. They allow compatible metal sheets to be lifted without conventional hooks or mechanical clamps. The final cup quantity, diameter and arrangement should be matched to the sheet dimensions, weight and surface condition.
The vacuum generator creates the negative pressure required by the suction cups. Working with the pneumatic valves and air-control components, it supports controlled sheet pickup and release during the loading process.
The pneumatic cylinder provides controlled mechanical movement within the handling assembly. It converts compressed-air input into linear motion and supports the lifting or positioning actions defined by the machine configuration.
The flow control valve regulates airflow through the pneumatic circuit. Controlled airflow helps the system respond more smoothly during pickup, movement and sheet release while allowing adjustment according to the confirmed operating conditions.

The PC-02 pneumatic valve forms part of the air-control circuit and manages airflow between connected pneumatic components. Its final operating role should follow the confirmed pneumatic diagram for the supplied machine.
The semi-automatic control arrangement allows one operator to manage sheet pickup, transfer and placement, reducing the need for direct manual lifting during routine loading operations.
